The Commission of Aging consists of nine (9) members each of whom are appointed by the Board of Selectmen for a three (3) year term. Meetings are held every other month, 6:00 p.m. at the Joyce C. Budrow Senior Center 189 Pool Road; starting in September and ending in May. The commission is responsible for studying the needs of elderly persons in the community relating to housing, health, recreation, transportation, and act as a liaison between the Senior Center and the community.
A monthly report is presented by the Manager to the commission. The minutes are on file at the Senior Center and town library.
