NHTV Station-Produced Programming/Material Re-Use Policy

 

All materials produced by North Haven Community Television, Inc. (herein NHTV), its employees or agents are copyrighted property of NHTV.  All trademarks, service marks and trade names, including but not limited to NHTV, as well as names of its NHTV station produced programming, are proprietary to NHTV, and are protected by state, federal and international trademark laws.

 

The textual, photographic, video, audio and combined audiovisual programs and products resulting from NHTV station-produced programming, including the material contained within the www.nhtv.com and www.town.north-haven.ct.us web sites, are protected under United States and international copyright laws as copyrighted works.  No materials from either the www.nhtv.com or www.town.north-haven.ct.us web sites, or any of the NHTV Public, Educational or Governmental Access Channels, may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without the express written permission of NHTV, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that (i) you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices; (ii) you do not modify any of the materials; (iii) you do not use any materials, without the express written permission of NHTV, in a manner that suggests an association with any of NHTV’s programming or likeness and services or brands an (iv) you do not download quantities of materials to a database.  For purposes of these Terms of Use, the use of such materials on any other web site or computer environment is prohibited without the express written permission of NHTV.
