Refuse Collection
Christmas and New Year’s Holidays
The North Haven Public Works – Field Operations, wishes to advise all North Haven residents that the refuse and recycling collection during the weeks of Christmas Day and New Years Day will be DELAYED ONE DAY,.
The Transfer Station and Recycling Center will be CLOSED December 26th & January 2nd for the Holidays.
Refuse will be delayed one day, on the week of DEC 26th and Jan 2nd for the Holidays.
Refuse is not collected on the following six (6) holidays, and is normally one (1) day late during these holiday weeks:
- New Year’s Day (Actual)
- Memorial Day (Actual or Observed)
- July 4th (Actual)
- Labor Day (Actual)
- Thanksgiving Day(Actual)
- Christmas Day (Actual)
Refuse, recycling and bulk collection is not delayed by any other holiday.
